大事なお知らせです。怒り心頭です。

いつもありがとうございます。 この年末、当日予約の無断キャンセルが相次ぎました。

一番悔しいのは、満席です。とお伝えし、泣く泣くお断りしたお客様のことです。本当なら、あのお客様に美味しいお肉を食べていただけたはずなのに。無責任なキャンセルのために、誠実なお客様の想いを踏みにじってしまったことが申し訳なくて、情けなくてなりません。
此方としては、遅い時間でも大丈夫、その時間でも良いから予約してほしい。というお気持ちを受けて予約を受け付けているので、とりあえず行くかどうかも確定してない心持ちで予約をしておくか。といった無責任な方には正直来ていただきたくありません。何よりも他のお食事をご希望されて、入ることが叶わなかったお客様に対して非常に失礼です。

私一人で切り盛りしている小さな店舗ということもあり、席数も少ないです。その少ない席を無責任に押さえられて、案内が出来ない。大切なお客様に二度とこんな思いをさせないため、1月中旬末まで当日予約はリピートしてくださってるお客様以外はお受けしません。

楽しみにしてくださる皆様と、真摯に向き合うための覚悟です。 ご理解いただけますと幸いです。

Important Notice: No More Same-Day Reservations
I am absolutely furious.

Thank you for your continued support. However, I have a very serious matter to address. This year-end, we have experienced a series of "no-shows" (cancellations without notice) for same-day reservations.

What hurts me the most is thinking about the customers I had to turn away. I told them we were "fully booked," and I had to heartlessly decline their requests. If it weren’t for those irresponsible cancellations, I could have served those wonderful people my best meat. It breaks my heart and makes me feel miserable that the sincere desires of my customers were trampled upon by such irresponsibility.

When I accept a reservation—even for a late hour—it is because I value the customer’s passion to dine at my restaurant. I have zero interest in serving those who book a table "just in case" without even knowing if they will show up. Such behavior is incredibly disrespectful to those who truly wanted to eat here but couldn't.

Since I run this small restaurant entirely by myself, the number of seats is very limited. I cannot allow these precious seats to be taken by someone who doesn't take their reservation seriously. To ensure this never happens to my valued customers again, I will not be accepting any same-day reservations from new customers until mid-January. (Same-day bookings will be available for our regular customers only).

This is my firm commitment to stay sincere with those who truly look forward to dining here. I appreciate your understanding.
